    HI,
    How is Time scale in loading profile file (Constant Loading Profile-5 cycles ) related to Time in Signal_1.csv or Signal_2.csv file
    The Time in loading profile starts has loading profile every 10 msecs from 0 to 1.0 or in other words as loading profile for 5 cycles
    But in signals data file, it has time ranging from 5E-08 to 0.002
    so how are they related ?

    As you noted, the time scales in those two files are different. The time scale in “Constant Loading Profile-5 cycles.csv” represents the frequency of applied cyclic loading. The time scale in signal-1/signal_2 means the frequency of the ultrasonic signal.

    They are not directly correlated. The fatigue loading cycle can be incorporated into a fatigue model, if you want to consider the physics of fatigue failure. Ultrasonic signals are used for extracting features and building machine learning models.

    Hi,
    Thanks for quick reply
    I wish to do the prediction purely based on machine learning
    so in that case , the fatigue loading cycle (constant load profile.csv) is not of use to me ??

    Hi Moderator, What the sampling rate is set for the ultrasound signal?
